Karen Assous is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment and marketing. Currently serving as Responsable recrutement and Directrice Centre dentaire at DENTEKA since May 2019, Karen has previously founded Lalakarla Paris and held the role of Talent Manager at Jellysmack, where responsibilities included internal talent recruitment and management of recruitment processes. Karen's marketing expertise was further developed at BIONDINI PARIS as Responsable e-commerce, where stock and online sales were managed, and as Chef de produit marketing at CANAL TOYS FRANCE, overseeing creative product development and client relationships. Earlier career roles included managing editorial projects at ELLE ETAIT UNE FOIS and customer management at Joubert Voyages. Karen holds Master’s degrees in International Marketing from ESG and Paris School of Business.
