Marwan Doghem

Marwan Doghem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aviation and hospitality sectors. As Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Dentolize since October 2021, Marwan has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Marwan's previous roles include serving as a senior aircraft load controller at ASE - Egypt from January 2010 to March 2013, where responsibilities encompassed aircraft weight and balance management and adherence to international aviation standards. Additionally, Marwan founded OXFORD UNIFORM, contributing to operational excellence from March 2015 to March 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure at British Airways from April 2013 to August 2022 and working as a receptionist at El Salamlek Hotel, emphasizing customer service and operational procedures. Marwan's academic credentials include an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Alexandria.
