Jessyca Ferrell

Jessyca Ferrell has extensive experience in customer service and administrative support, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at CoServ since September 2015. Prior to this role, Jessyca was the Vice President of the Justin Youth Association from August 2008 to June 2015, where responsibilities included community engagement and event organization for youth baseball and softball. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at KCR Trucking, LLC, managing various administrative tasks and customer relations from February 2014 to April 2015. Education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Management from North Central Texas College, completed in December 2013, following high school at Lake Dallas High School. Early career roles included positions at Xerox Corp. and Trim Systems, focusing on customer account management and inventory oversight.
