Debra Mitchell-Ibe

Debra Mitchell-Ibe, LCSW-S, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Denton County Friends of the Family since August 2023. Prior to this role, Debra held multiple positions at The Family Place from January 1999 to April 2023, including Vice President of Client Services, Senior Director of Employee Development & E-Learning, Senior Director of Training and Education, and Director of Community Outreach. Debra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington.
