Kenneth Foran

Kenneth Foran has over 20 years of experience in materials management and operations. From 1999 to 2004, they were Plant Manager at ALCAN, INC., where they implemented a statistical process control system that improved manufacturing volume and variances. In 2004, they became Director of Operations at STONHARD, INC., where they increased inventory accuracy by 300% and created a 5S program that reduced filing department by 50%. From 2005 to 2011, they were Plant Superintendent/Process Engineer at Catalent Pharma Solutions/Cardinal Health, where they supervised 120+/- employees and launched a highly-automated production line. From 2011 to 2016, they were Materials Lead and Inventory and Logistics Coordinator at Brooks Instrument, where they designed supply planning and material inventory strategies to ensure optimal levels, resulting in 95% on-time delivery. From 2016 to 2017, they were Materials Manager at New Hudson Facades, where they were responsible for directing up to 42 cross-functional employees and four direct reports. From 2017 to 2018, they were Materials Manager at D&W Fine Pack, where they were accountable for forecasting materials and improving inventory efficiency. From 2018 to 2019, they were Manager at HBC Packaging, where they introduced new measures to screen vendor performance, compliance, and relations. From 2019 to 2021, they were Director, Materials Management and Fleet at Philadelphia Gas Works, where they oversaw operations and performance of 40 union and non-union employees. Finally, from 2021 to 2022, they were Yard Manager at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., where they were instrumental in executing Controlled Yard System that enhanced yard organization. Kenneth Foran is currently Materials Manager at Denton Vacuum.

Kenneth Foran holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers University - Camden, where they studied Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Drexel University, where they studied Commerce and Engineering. Kenneth also holds certifications from APICS, including SCOR-P (obtained in January 2020) and CPIM (obtained in September 2013). Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Alcan Packaging.
