Nick Scott

Nick Scott is a Corporate and Commercial Law Partner at Dentons Kensington Swan, specialising in M&A, takeovers, and general commercial matters. Nick has been with the company since February 2020. Nick also serves as a Member at EO New Zealand and Northbridge Lifecare Trust. With a background in LLB/B.Com (Accounting) from the University of Otago, Nick has a wealth of experience as a legal adviser, including being the sole New Zealand legal adviser to the Signature Security Group from its inception in 1997 to its sale in 2011 during their tenure at Kensington Swan.
