Alex Eyre

Alex Eyre is a Partner in Dentons' corporate group in Adelaide, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and commercial contracts. With prior experience at a leading international law firm, including a secondment to London, Alex has been recognized multiple times as "Lawyer of the Year" in various practices by Best Lawyers in Australia. Alex also has in-house legal experience through secondments with ANZ and Cobham Aviation Services, and previously practiced as a civil engineer. Alex earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional.
