Beata Cichocka - Tylman

Beata Cichocka - Tylman serves as the CEO of BCT Doradztwo since July 2019, specializing in public funding consultancy for innovative projects and R&D. In parallel, Beata holds a position as a Grants and Tax Relief Expert at Dentons, contributing expertise to various funding initiatives. Beata is also a Business Angel for Theravibe, which develops wellness and rehabilitation devices, and has mentored startups in the KPT Scale Up program. With experience as a lecturer at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the Akademia Menedżera Innowacji PARP, Beata has been recognized in the Top 100 Women from the VC and Startup Ecosystem in Poland. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Warsaw and doctoral seminars in venture capital at Kozminski University.
