Dan Goldberg

Dan Goldberg is an attorney who represents emerging growth companies and venture capital firms at various stages of investment. With extensive experience as a partner at firms such as Gunderson Dettmer, Goodwin, and currently Dentons, Dan has guided companies through critical events like IPOs and M&A transactions. Dan began their legal career as an associate at Winston & Strawn LLP and Covington & Burling LLP before becoming a partner at Gunderson Dettmer and Goodwin. Dan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
