Emma Rowe has extensive experience in talent development and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Development Coach and Head of Partnership Recruitment for the UK and Middle East at Dentons since March 2011. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions at Denton Wilde Sapte, including Recruitment & Development Manager and Recruitment Officer, from November 2000 to February 2011. Emma's career began at TMP Worldwide, where roles included Head of Response Management, and earlier as an Account Manager at TMP Worldwide UK. Emma also worked as a Recruitment Executive at Barkers Group and as an HR Assistant at IBM United Kingdom Ltd. Educationally, Emma is pursuing an Accredited Coach qualification from the Academy of Executive Coaching and holds an MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster, alongside a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth.
