Sanne Van Der Wolf

Sanne van der Wolf is a seasoned talent and development coach currently working at YER since July 2021. Previously, Sanne served as a Talent Manager at Lepaya and held various roles at Yacht from July 2015 to August 2020, including Senior Recruitment Consultant HR, Trainer for onboarding, Talent Manager for trainees, and Talent Consultant for a trainee programme. Earlier experience includes a freelance role as a Career Coach for Ken&Ben and positions at Randstad in both the Netherlands and Chile, focusing on client management and recruitment in the banking and financial services sectors. Sanne possesses a strong educational background with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and several certifications in coaching and training.
