Lilia Kozak

Lilia Kozak is a Senior Manager in Business Development and Marketing for Europe at Dentons, a position held since February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate and Associate at PwC from January 2017 to January 2023. Lilia's earlier roles include Placement Officer at the Bundesagentur für Arbeit - International Placement Services (ZAV) from January 2014 to January 2016, focusing on the recruitment of nurses from several countries to Germany. Additional consultancy work at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH involved research on the Georgian diaspora in Germany and project assistance on migration and diaspora mobilization projects between 2013 and 2015. Lilia has also worked as a Project Assistant at the Council of Europe, contributing to a project on minority languages and culture in Russia.
