Nicholas Chua is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various prestigious firms and financial institutions. Currently serving as a Partner at Dentons since August 2023, Nicholas has held significant positions including Head of Legal for North Asia at CIMB from July 2012 to August 2023 and Head of Legal for Origination in APAC at RBS from November 2009 to June 2012. Prior to these roles, Nicholas was the Regional Counsel at ABN AMRO and worked as an Associate at White & Case and Baker & McKenzie. Nicholas began a career in law following a role as a Credit Analyst and Documentation Manager at SBC Warburg. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from Macquarie University, completed between 1990 and 1994.
