Tomáš Kafka

Tomáš Kafka is a Partner at Dentons, where they advise issuers and banks on a variety of bond issuances, with a strong focus on developments in the capital markets including green and covered bonds. They previously held positions as a Senior Associate at A&O Shearman and an Associate at Allen & Overy. Tomáš began their legal career with internships at UNHCR and the Instytut na Rzecz Państwa Prawa. They earned a Master's degree in Law from Masaryk University in 2014 and a Diploma in English and European Union Law from the British Law Centre in 2016, along with experience as an Erasmus student in American law at Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski.
