Duane Baxter

Duane Baxter has extensive experience in sales within the medical device and surgical products industries. Currently serving as a Territory Sales Representative for Implants at Dentsply Sirona since October 2025, Duane previously held the position of Area Sales Manager at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. from June 2022 to October 2025. Prior to that, Duane was an Executive Sales Representative and Senior Surgical Device Sales with Teleflex Incorporated from March 2015 to June 2022, focusing on products related to percutaneous laparoscopy and related fields. Earlier in the career, Duane was a Surgical Products Sales Representative at Cardinal Health, responsible for managing a diverse surgical product portfolio in key markets. Duane began the sales career at Aerotek in December 1996. Duane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University between 1989 and 1993.
