Jessica Beason

Jessica Beason, MBA, currently serves as the North America Brand Manager for Restorative Solutions at Dentsply Sirona, where responsibilities include driving training and development across various teams, ensuring expertise in Preventive and Infection Prevention products. With a history of roles at Dentsply Sirona, Jessica has also managed sales training for Preventive products and led sales efforts in the Las Vegas and Fresno regions. Prior to Dentsply Sirona, Jessica held the position of Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer for the Southern Nevada Dental Society, successfully enhancing organizational success and membership retention. Jessica holds an MBA from Northcentral University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Colorado State University Global, and an Associate’s Degree in Communications from the University of Phoenix.
