Oliver Alexander Schmid

Oliver Alexander Schmid serves as the Global Head of Business Innovation & DS Core Marketing at Dentsply Sirona since June 2021, focusing on shaping the company's digitally enabled future and leading marketing efforts for digital transformation. Previously, Oliver held the role of Business Design Lead at Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives in the life sciences sector and managing partnerships for connected patient services. With extensive experience at Accenture as a Digital Strategy Manager and Consultant, Oliver specialized in digital strategy, business design, and market access innovation. Additional roles include brand management positions at Bosch and a leadership role in the Swiss Armed Forces. Oliver holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Services, and Communication Management from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
