Tahvoila Cartwright

Tahvoila Cartwright has accumulated a wealth of experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs since joining Dentsply Sirona in June 2013. Currently serving as Milford Site QA/QC Manager, Cartwright oversees a variety of roles including Quality Assurance Manager and Associate Regulatory Affairs Supervisor, managing the Regulatory Affairs department. Previous responsibilities include serving as CAPA Coordinator, where Cartwright ensured the efficiency and timeliness of the CAPA process, and as Quality Control Laboratory Technician II, where tasks involved reviewing procedures and data for raw material compliance and coordinating laboratory activities. Prior experience at Delaware State University included roles as Institutional Advancement Intern and Alumni Affairs Intern, facilitating research, data management, and clerical support. Cartwright holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Wilmington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Delaware State University.
