William Benjaminsen has a solid work experience in the marketing and management field. William began their career at International Communications as a Project Manager, overseeing localization projects. William then worked as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at mGen, where they developed and implemented product marketing strategies. Benjaminsen later joined Trammell Crow Company as an Account Director, managing client relationships and negotiating contracts.
In 2003, Benjaminsen joined Oral Surgical Specialists as the Director of Practice Development/Marketing. William successfully implemented business, marketing, and sales strategies, leading to double-digit sales increases. After that, they joined Straumann as a Marketing Manager, where they directed marketing efforts for the restorative product line and achieved an average growth rate of over 11%.
Benjaminsen's career continued to progress at Straumann, where they held roles as Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Professional Relations. William played a key role in building relationships with key players in the dental industry and planning product introductions. William also developed strategic marketing plans and directed the launch of new products.
Benjaminsen's experience with Straumann led him to Neodent USA, Inc., where they served as Vice President of Marketing. William collaborated in creating the company's corporate culture and developed a go-to-market strategy for launching Neodent into the US market. William was responsible for branding, public relations, digital marketing, and strategy development.
In 2014, Benjaminsen became the Country Manager at Instradent USA (formerly Neodent USA, Inc.). William successfully recruited and coached a sales team, leading to a 360% sales growth over a three-year period. William also developed a three-year strategic plan and managed a team of 31 employees.
Most recently, Benjaminsen joined Dentsply Sirona as the Vice President of Product and Brand Marketing for Global Implant Solutions.
William Benjaminsen obtained a BA in History and Economics from Bridgewater State University in 1997. William then pursued an MBA with a focus on Marketing at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1999 to 2003.
