Alexander Schmidt is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the advertising and design industry. Currently serving as Creative Director at Dentsu Creative since April 2024, Alexander previously held the same title at Merkle DACH from April 2021 to April 2024 and at Namics – A Merkle Company from February 2016 to April 2021. Alexander’s career also includes positions as Principal User Experience-Designer and Senior User Experience-Designer at Namics, and as Art Director and Junior Art Director at Jung von Matt/Neckar. Early in the career, Alexander worked as a Graphic Designer at deed communication agency from 2006 to 2008. Alexander holds a Higher Degree in Design from Elisava - Escola Superior de Disseny, which was completed in 2012.
