Manuel Gonzalez is a seasoned professional in innovation and user experience design, currently serving as the Group Innovation Director at Dentsu Creative since February 2017. In this role, Manuel leads the development and execution of innovative programs aligned with business objectives. Previously, as a Director of Experience Design, Manuel spearheaded client initiatives and expanded the UX team to address resource gaps. With extensive experience at Stheory, Manuel led complex enterprise projects for notable clients, including Sony America, EA Games, and Genentech. Additional roles encompass UX Design Technologist at Off Base Productions, where Manuel helped design a gaming documentation system for the PlayStation®4, and various freelance positions as a Flash Engineer, focusing on interactive applications and web solutions. Educational background includes training from the Bay Area Video Coalition and California State University, Northridge.
