Ayush Varshney

Ayush Varshney is an accomplished People Analytics Director with extensive experience in driving data-informed decision-making and talent management solutions. Currently at dentsu since August 2022, Ayush leads a team of BI developers and data experts, focusing on metrics related to employee pulse, development, and retention. Previously, at Ugam from January 2017 to August 2022, Ayush streamlined data structures, enhanced referral programs, and improved customer satisfaction through advanced analytics techniques. Prior roles included Sr. Business Analyst and Lead Analyst at Ugam, and Team Leader at Ugam, where project management and team training were key responsibilities. Beginning a career at Genpact, Ayush developed foundational skills in testing and managing complex requests. Ayush holds a degree in Computer Science from GLA University and completed a Big Data analytics program at S P Jain School of Global Management.
