Jacinta Ong

Jacinta Ong is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Associate Director for both APAC and Singapore at dentsu since March 2014. In this role, Jacinta has successfully implemented HR strategies related to employee engagement, performance development, and compensation, while also acting as a trusted advisor to the Creative group and participating in the leadership team. Notable achievements include centralizing the Talent Acquisition function, developing innovative talent strategies, and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to dentsu, Jacinta held various roles in account management and HR at notable organizations, including BBDO Singapore and McCann Worldwide, and possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Communications from the University of Melbourne.
