Sonya Fabunmi

Sonya Fabunmi is an experienced HR systems professional with a strong background in Workday functionality and implementation. Currently serving as Workday Functional Manager for Talent and Performance at dentsu international since April 2020, Sonya has previously held roles such as Senior People Systems Analyst at Multiplex, where successful integration of Workday with the Bridge LMS was achieved. Additional experience includes HRIS Manager and Workday HRIS Analyst at Grosvenor Group, HR Systems Manager at IG Group, and HR Systems Consultant at Access Group. Notable accomplishments include leading an HR Transformation Program that implemented Workday HCM and integrated various systems across multiple regions. Sonya's career began as a Training Consultant at Sage and is underpinned by a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from South Bank University and a BSc in Economics from the University of Ibadan.
