Valerie Scoular

Valerie started her career in aviation working for British Airways. During her 20 years with the airline she held a number of senior leadership positions. Valerie moved to the Financial Services industry in 2001 when she joined Barclays as Group HR Director. In 2006 Valerie joined Aegis plc as Group Human Resources Director and member of the Board Remuneration Committee.

This role evolved into dentsu international where she developed close partnerships with Dentsu Inc. colleagues. Currently she is Executive Director Human Resources and a member of the dentsu international Board and Compensation Committee, with a focus on organisational performance, leadership, culture and Executive reward.
