Zaid Khusain possesses extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as an IT Solution Delivery Manager at dentsu since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team to design and implement technology solutions aligned with business needs. Prior roles include Data & Training Specialist at dentsu indonesia, focusing on data analysis and training program development from February 2019 to July 2022, and Assistant Coordinator Service Desk at Dwi Sapta Group A Dentsu Aegis Network Company from January 2017 to February 2019. Zaid’s earlier positions include managing IT assets and infrastructure at Dwi Sapta Integrated Marketing Communication and serving as a programming instructor at both LPIA and Bina Sarana Informatika. Zaid holds a Diploma 3 in Manajemen Informatika from Bina Sarana Informatika and further education from Nusa Mandiri.
