Director - Strategy & Marketing Advisory Services at Dentsu Redder

Le Phan began their career in 2008 as a Marketing Executive at DiaOcOnline. They then worked as an Assistant Brand Manager at Orion Food Vina from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Le Phan joined IDM - International Digital Media Vietnam as an SEO & Analytics Specialist. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Strategic Planner at Redder Advertising, where they framed strategies and developed concepts for various brands. Le Phan then joined TMA Solutions in 2015 as a Digital Marketing Manager and successfully increased the number of customers through digital channels. In 2017, they worked at MARPU Brand Consultancy as a Strategic Planning Manager, leading brand building projects and providing consultancy services. From 2018 to 2020, Le Phan was a Strategic Planning Manager at DDB, managing clients such as Unilever, Morinaga, and Prudential. Currently, Le Phan holds the role of Associate Director within Strategy & Marketing Advisory Services at Dentsu Redder, a position they have held since October 2020. In June 2023, they moved on to become the Director in the same department.

Le Phan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Advanced Marketing from the French Vietnamese School of Management (CFVG) from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, in 2010, Le Phan attended Vietnam Marcom to study Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). Le Phan's undergraduate education was at Foreign Trade University, where they pursued a degree in Foreign Trade Economics from 2003 to 2008.
