Courtney Conley

Courtney Conley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Courtney worked as the Global Senior Vice President of Learning & Development at dentsu international, where they supported thousands of employees and played a key role in implementing learning and talent programs. Prior to that, they were the Vice-President and Head of Talent & Learning Development for Dentsu Creative, Americas.

Courtney also founded CKC Consulting and Coaching, specializing in change management consulting and organizational upskilling. Courtney worked as a LeaderEQ Optimizer (Coach) at LeaderEQ and as the Director of Training Development and Delivery at Built Technologies. Their responsibilities at Built Technologies included creating training programs for clients and utilizing change management models to design communication and coaching plans.

Earlier in their career, Courtney held various roles at InsideTrack, including Manager of Training and Development, Executive Coach, Learning Designer, and Professional Development Specialist. Courtney managed employee development and client partnerships, created visual training materials, and conducted new hire training. Courtney also worked as a Campus Director/Associate Campus Director and was responsible for coaching, account expansion, and program development.

Courtney's work experience also includes roles at YMCA of San Francisco, UC Berkeley, University of California, and AmeriCorps. Courtney held positions such as Assistant Director, After-School Program Leader, Summer Camp Director, Leadership Intern, Lesson Plan Developer, Teacher, Student Orientation Counselor, and Youth Program and Leadership Fellow.

Courtney Conley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Theatre, Dance and Performance Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. Courtney also holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Administrative Sciences with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, completed from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Courtney has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Agile Instructional Design certifications.
