James Sallows is a Divisional Finance Director with extensive experience in commercial finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within large public company environments, having led teams of over 30 individuals. Their career began at Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Audit Senior, followed by various roles in finance at RAC and a progression to Director of Financial Projects and International Finance Director at Rank Group. Currently, James is the Director of FP&A for the UK and Ireland at dentsu international. They hold a degree in Business and Economics from The University of Sheffield.
