Marina Goodman

Marina Goodman, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Sr. HR Business Partner for the Northeast Region at Dent Wizard International, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Marina worked as a Sr. HR Business Leader at Black Box and as the Employee Relations Policy and Program Lead at MetLife. Marina's extensive HR experience includes managerial roles at UPMC Health Plan and UPMC, where strategic HR consulting and organizational leadership development were primary focuses. Previous positions include Human Resource Consultant and Leave Specialist at UPMC and Human Resource Generalist at Rolling Rock Club.
