Hadia Shaikh

Hadia Shaikh is a Curatorial Assistant in Modern and Contemporary Art at the Denver Art Museum since October 2022, involved in supporting installations and rotations for various exhibitions and public programs. Since August 2020, Hadia Shaikh has also been an Independent Contemporary Art Curator and Arts Writer, participating as a juror and panelist for significant projects and curating community-based art initiatives. Previous roles include Assistant to the Director at the Block Museum of Art, Contributor for Newcity and NUVO, Visitor Experience Assistant at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Graduate Exhibits Intern at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, and Graduate Curatorial Intern at the Indianapolis Museum of Contemporary Art. Hadia Shaikh holds an MA in Museology/Museum Studies from Indiana University Indianapolis and a BA in Art History from Herron School of Art + Design.
