Richard Sapkin is a founder and Managing Principal of Edgemark Development, one of Denver’s most significant commercial development firms that has created several million square feet of retail development and high end self-storage facilities. He has served on the University of Denver Board of Trustees, is a member of the Franklin L. Burns Society and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. As a former chairman and current board member of Colorado Concern, Richard has a long history of advocating for smart business policies on every level of government. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, where he remains involved in the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management.
