Sara Harmer is an experienced program and project manager with a career spanning several decades in public service and event management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the Denver Clerk and Recorder since January 2012, previous roles include Technology Services Project Manager for the City and County of Denver and Client Utilities Manager at the Colorado Convention Center. At the City and County of Denver, Sara led significant projects involving video surveillance, access control, and telephony implementation for the 311 system, as well as spearheading the City's wireless project. Sara's early career includes a management role at Finlay Fine Jewelers. Sara holds a degree in Environmental Design with a focus on Undergraduate Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder.
