Shannon Cline

Shannon Cline, CPM, ARM, CAPS, currently serves as the Property Management Administrator at the Denver Housing Authority, overseeing 15 multi-family properties with a total of 2,248 subsidized units. Cline has extensive experience in property and asset management, having previously managed a 333-unit Public Housing Development, and held multiple asset management positions at companies such as ServiceLink, Owen REO, LLC, First American REO Servicing, and Integrated Asset Services, where responsibilities included the liquidation and marketing of foreclosure assets. Cline began a career in real estate as a Real Estate Agent at Mid States Realty and progressed to management roles at Trammell Crow Residential, gaining expertise in budgeting, personnel management, and operational oversight. Cline earned a B.S. in Psychology/Business from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
