Lauren Cecil

Lauren Cecil is an experienced Government Affairs professional with a strong background in legislative advocacy and public policy. Currently serving as the Government Affairs Director for the Denver Metro Association of Realtors® since January 2025, Lauren previously held senior roles at the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and directed government affairs for the Tennessee REALTORS®. Notable prior positions include Manager of Government Affairs at the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Legislative Specialist for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury. Lauren's early career involved legislative support for the Tennessee General Assembly and the U.S. Senate, complemented by experience in patient care. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a Master's degree in Public Administration/Public Policy from Tennessee State University.
