Toby Dunlap

Toby Dunlap is an experienced Emergency Manager who has worked in various roles at the United States Air Force, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, and Walmart. With a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Wayland Baptist University, Toby has a strong background in leadership and management. During their 21-year tenure in the Air Force, Toby served as an Air Force Emergency Manager at multiple bases across six countries. Additionally, Toby has also worked as a Leadership Coach at Walmart Academy, providing guidance and support in leadership development.
