Chuck Carpenter

Chuck Carpenter has extensive work experience in the field of finance and education. Chuck started their career as a Financial Analyst in October 2009 at Denver Public Schools. Chuck then moved up the ranks and held various positions, including Finance Manager for the Office of School Turnaround and Senior Manager of Finance. In October 2013, they became the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, a role they held until December 2019. From January 2020 to January 2021, they served as the Executive Director of Finance at Denver Public Schools. Currently, Chuck Carpenter holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Denver Public Schools, starting in January 2021.

Prior to their work at Denver Public Schools, Chuck Carpenter worked as a Teacher at Teach for America from May 2006 to June 2008.
