Tenly Williams

Tenly Williams is an experienced educational paraprofessional at Denver Public Schools since September 2021, and has been a freelance writer collaborating with Keeton PR since September 2000. Williams has also served as a facilitation assistant for Safe Communities Safe Schools at University of Colorado Boulder from August 2017 to December 2019 and as a creator for Civic Syrup between 2017 and November 2019. Musically, Williams was the principal oboe for the Colorado Chamber Orchestra from October 2007 to October 2018, an oboe and English horn member of Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra from 2008 to 2017, and an oboe instructor at Parlando School for the Arts during the same period. As an instructor and reed maker with Tenly Oboe Reeds from 2000 to 2017, Williams taught lessons and supplied handmade reeds. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Music and Arts Leadership Certificate in Oboe Performance from Eastman School of Music and a Master's Degree in Oboe Performance from The University of Texas at Austin.
