Todd Cottrell

Todd Cottrell is a Project and Program Delivery Manager at Denver Regional Council of Governments since December 2006. Previously, Todd was a Transportation Planner at West Michigan Shoreline Regional Development Commission from 2003 to 2006. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Central Michigan University. In their current role, Todd manages the MPO's short-range planning programs and is responsible for the allocation and monitoring of millions of dollars in federal and state transportation funds.
