Tess Busch

Tess Busch currently serves as the Conservation Interpretation and Resources Coordinator at the Denver Zoological Foundation, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Tess Busch worked for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from December 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating programming for 33 parks and trails, supervising staff, and administering volunteer programs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Natural Resources Specialist with the Florida Conservation Corps, and a Research Assistant with the U.S. Geological Survey, where contributions were made to scientific research on coral and climate change. Additional roles include hospitality and educational positions at Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Allen Marine Tours. Tess Busch holds a Master of Science in Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from Eckerd College.
