Richard Butler is an experienced multimedia journalist and photographer currently working at Denver7 (KMGH-TV) since July 2021. Prior to this role, Richard served as a news photographer and editor for Sinclair Broadcast Group from February 2019 to July 2021, and as a photographer at WSMV from April 2015 to February 2019, focusing on gathering news across various platforms, shooting and editing stories, and operating live broadcast equipment. Richard started the career with CBS Radio as a remote engineer and promotions coordinator from August 2013 to February 2015. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Video & Film Production from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and a diploma in Television and Radio Broadcasting from Specs@LTU.
