John Domenoski, CPA (IL), MBA

John Domenoski, CPA (IL), MBA has over 19 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. John is currently serving as the VP of Finance at Denver Hardwood/ FDG Commercial since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Controller US at Septodont from December 2016 to June 2020, where they handled financial reporting, process creation and improvement, cost saving initiatives, and management responsibilities.

Before joining Septodont, John served as the CFO at Nutrinsic Corporation from March 2016 to March 2017. John also worked as the CFO at CFO Insights, LLC from August 2015 to March 2016. In these roles, they contributed to financial management and strategic planning.

From October 2013 to August 2015, John held the position of CFO at Qrunch Foods, LLC. Here, they demonstrated skills in cash management, cost savings, and sales analysis, leading to increased growth and effective inventory management.

Prior to this, John worked as the Controller at Birko Corporation from July 2012 to October 2013. In this role, they focused on financial reporting, sales and profitability analysis, and implementing efficient month-end close processes.

John's earlier experience includes serving as the Controller (Household Insecticide Division) at Valent BioSciences from September 2001 to December 2011. Here, they were responsible for financial reporting, profitability management, and overseeing the budget process.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, process improvement, cost savings, cash management, sales analysis, and team management. John brings extensive knowledge and expertise to their current role as the VP of Finance.

John Domenoski, CPA (IL), MBA, has an extensive education history. John obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Following their undergraduate studies, John pursued further education and completed an MBA with a focus in Finance at the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, attending from 1990 to 1992.

In addition to their educational achievements, John also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in 1987.
