Anna Cane

Anna Cane has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Anna is currently the Presidente of FOOI Filiera Olivicola Olearia Italiana since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Presidente Gruppo Olio d'Oliva at Assitol - Associazione Italiana Industria Olearia starting in 2018. From 2016 to 2018, Anna worked at Deoleo, first as the Corporate Scientific & Public Affairs Director and then as the Chief Quality and R&D Officer. Anna also served as the Presidente of Fedolive - Federation de l'industrie de l'Huile d'Olive de l'U.E. from 2018 to 2023.

Earlier in their career, Anna held various positions at Oleificio Zucchi SpA, Pietro Coricelli S.p.A, Unilever, and Van den Bergh. Their roles included Quality Director at Oleificio Zucchi SpA from 2014 to 2015, QA & R&D Director at Pietro Coricelli S.p.A from 2012 to 2014, Country Quality Assurance Director - Italy at Unilever from 2009 to 2012, Olive Oil Quality Director and Oil QA manager at Unilever Italia from 1996 to 2008, Assistant Factory Manager and Head of Chemical Lab at Van den Bergh from 1989 to 1996.

Anna Cane's educational background includes secondary education at Istituto Tecnico Industriale, where they worked as a Chemistry teacher from 1987 to 1989.
