Rafael became Deoleo’s Quality Director last year, based on his outstanding performance with the company he first joined in 1998, having concentrated in particular thus far in the industrial output.
A solid and deserving choice to oversee Deoleo’s insistence on maintaining the utmost quality, Rafael has more than 22 years of professional experience. He has participated in research projects at the National Institute for Agricultural and Food Research and Technology (INIA) and the Institute for Agricultural and Fisheries Research and Training (IFAPA).
At Deoleo in 2012 he was named Factory Manager at Cordoba, responsible for optimising processes related to efficiency, quality and sustainability.
Rafael holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Cordoba and has postgraduate degrees in Environmental Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, in Management of Agricultural Cooperatives from the International University of Andalusia, and in Management Development from the San Telmo Institute.
