Aline Kubagawa

Aline Kubagawa's work experience spans several companies and positions. Aline currently serves as the Head of People at DeÔnibus, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Loft as an HRBP Manager from January 2022 to March 2023, and as an HR Business Partner from November 2019 to January 2022. Aline was also an HR Business Partner at Privalia from July 2016 to November 2019, and an HR Specialist from November 2012 to July 2016. Their earlier roles include being an Analyst of Human Resources at Ajinomoto do Brasil Industria e Comércio de Alimentos Ltda. from August 2011 to October 2012, and at Honda Brasil from December 2010 to June 2011. Aline began their career as an HR Analyst at ESPN, where they worked from January 2010 to April 2010. Prior to that, they had an internship in Human Resources at ESPN from June 2008 to December 2009.

Aline Kubagawa completed their undergraduate studies at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Psychology. Aline then pursued further education at INPG Business School from 2014 to 2015, completing a Post-Graduation in Strategic People Management.
