Vanessa Lima has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Vanessa started their career as an Administrative Apprentice at Itaú Unibanco, where they worked in the area of Incentive Campaigns for service providers. Following that, they worked at Grupo Ideal Trends as a Copywriter and later as an Onboarding Analyst, where they delivered projects and collaborated with the commercial area to meet customer expectations. Vanessa then joined IDEA9 - Learning Experience as a Commercial Analyst, where they provided B2C customer service and created engagement strategies for students. Currently, they are working at DeÔnibus as a Quality Analyst, responsible for structuring quality cells, monitoring customer service quality, and developing customer-oriented content. Vanessa has demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, project management, and communication.

Vanessa Lima completed an MBA in Communication and Marketing at Descomplica from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Universidade Paulista, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
