José Manuel Díaz Medina

José Manuel Díaz Medina is a seasoned software engineering consultant with significant experience in advising government departments on application and information system strategies at the Departamento Nacional de Planeación since March 2013. Prior to this role, José contributed as a software engineer at ITICS SAS from August 2012 to February 2013, where responsibilities included building user interfaces and developing communication services between applications. Additionally, José served as a software developer at MantizOnline from July 2010 to August 2012, focusing on the development of web and desktop applications using the MS .NET Framework. José holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, earned in 2009, and completed earlier education at Colegio Seminario Espíritu Santo between 1997 and 2002.
