Franck Soulignac has extensive experience in public administration and urban planning, currently serving as the 1er Vice-Président du Conseil Départemental de la Drôme and Conseiller départemental de la Drôme since January 2016. Concurrently, Franck holds multiple roles in the Ville de Valence, including Adjoint au Maire for Urbanism, land use, and built heritage since March 2014, and has been Vice-President at Valence Romans Agglo, focusing on relations with municipalities and communication since January 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Directeur de cabinet in both the COMMUNE DE GUILHERAND GRANGES and Ville de Valence, as well as a Chargé de mission at EDF. Academic qualifications include a DESS in Economie de l'aménagement from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and degrees in Urbanisme from the Institut d'Urbanisme de Grenoble.
