Delphine Bouvier

Delphine Bouvier has extensive experience in budget management and administration within the public sector. Currently serving as Chef de service budget, contrôle de gestion et administratif at the Département de la Savoie since September 2020, Delphine previously held various roles at Métropole de Lyon from June 2010 to September 2020, including Chargée du budget, des finances et de l'administration, and Responsable du service ressources et statut de l'élu. Prior to that, Delphine was the DGA at Communauté de communes du pays de Cruseilles from March 2006 to June 2010, overseeing general administration and finances. Delphine's career began as DGS at the Commune de Manigod from October 2005 to March 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Law from Université Savoie Mont Blanc and studies at Sciences Po Lyon and Cardiff University.
