Jasmine Castay

Jasmine Castay is a professional with extensive experience in social impact evaluation and consultancy. Currently serving as Chargée de mission at the Conseil départemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis since March 2023, Jasmine previously held roles at Kimso from May 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included conducting impact studies for various organizations and developing tools for measuring social impact. Jasmine's expertise extends to impact investing as an Analyst at Investir&+ and economic analysis during an internship at the French Treasury in Norway. Early career experiences include roles in community development with Mouvement des entrepreneurs sociaux and project support at the Fondation Franco-Japonaise Sasakawa. Jasmine holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from ESSEC Business School.
